• Dr. Joseph P. Hornberger a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Life University (LU), has been practicing in Sarasota since 1986.

• He was selected by the Atlanta Chiropractic Sports Committee as one of thirty chiropractic physicians from a field of 350 applicants to treat the athletes at the 1996 Olympic Games.

• He was a post graduate faculty member of five chiropractic colleges, including Palmer, Parker, Cleveland, Life, and Logan Chiropractic Colleges.

• Dr. Hornberger developed and instructed the Therapeutic Exercise Physiology course in the 300 hour Chiropractic Rehabilitation Association’s diplomat seminar series, and recognized as a Certified Chiropractic Rehabilitation Doctor as established by the Chiropractic Rehabilitation Association.

• He was awarded the Florida Southwest Chiropractic Society Civic Award in 1997-98 for his noteworthy contribution to the chiropractic profession.

• Dr. Hornberger has been a member of the Florida Chiropractic Association, the American Chiropractic Association’s Council on Sports Injuries and Physical Fitness, the Chiropractic Rehabilitation Association, the American Chiropractic Association (ACA), and the ACA Council on Chiropractic Physiological Therapeutics.
