Dr. Hornberger is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Life University and has been practicing in Sarasota since 1986.  Graduating with highest honors, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Central State University, and a Masters of Science degree from the University of Dayton with his main interest in Exercise Physiology. 
Dr. Hornberger was selected as one of 30 chiropractic physicians from a field of 350 applicants to treat the athletes at the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta. Dr. Hornberger is recognized as a Certified Chiropractic Rehabilitation Doctor.  His informative lectures are sought after by many athletic and rehabilitation programs througout the country.
This course is approved for continuing education by the following organizations:   FSMTA 12, ACE 1.2, AFFA 9
